LOCATION : GYEONGGI-DO TYPE : HOUSING / COMMUNITY FACILITY TOTAL FLOOR AREA : 4,631.90㎡ / 4,779.00㎡ FLOOR : B1F / 8F DESIGN : 2016 DESIGN GUIDE LINE 위치 : 경기도 용도 : 공동주택 연면적: 4,631.90㎡(신혼육아형) / 4,779.00㎡(청년형) 층수 : 지하1층,지상8층 설계년도: 2016 건축주 : 경기도시공사 경기도에서 시행하는 ‘공유형 공공임대 주택’에 대한 프로토타입을 제안하는 현상설계로, 우리 제안이 당선작으로 선정되어 현재 설계가 진행 중인 프로젝트이다. 공동체적 삶을 사는 전제 조건은 ‘원하는 사람들이/ 뜻이 맞는 사람들과 / 함께 모여서 원하는 공동체를 이루면서 살 때’이다. 이런 조건이 갖추어졌을 때 이상적인 공유주택이 완성될 것이다. 경기도형 공유주택인 따복하우스가 고려해야 할 점은, 아마도 많은 비율의 구성원들이 경제적 조건에 의해서 적극적인 의도 없이 낯선 사람들과 삶을 공유하면서 살아갈 것으로 예상된다는 점이다. 이러한 점을 극복하기위해서는 다음 두 가지 방향으로 보완해야 할 것이다. 첫 번째는 하드웨어적 해결 방법으로 커뮤니티 공간이 단순한 ‘공간’이 아니라 오랜 시간 경험에 의해서 기억되는 ‘장소’가 되도록 계획하는 것이며. 두 번째는 소프트웨어적 해결 방법으로 공동체의 성격규정, 각 구성원간의 규칙 만들기, 공동체 지원, 적극적인 네트워크 인프라의 이용 등이다 우리의 계획안은 가로영역에서부터 공용공간을 지나 단위세대까지의 과정을 세분화해서 재구성하고 그 과정의 시퀀스(연속과정)에 맞도록 각각의 단계에 사적공간과 공적공간의 중간영역을 끼워넣는 디자인 전략을 취하였다. 이렇게 공공영역과 사적영역이 서로 상호보완적으로 작용하여 주거의 질을 향상 시키며, 나아가 공유주택인 따복하우스의 고유한 아이덴티티를 만든다.
