Hand carved Pismo Beach Print using rubber stamp. Each print is made by hand with black ink on white paper and cut to 5x7 inches. The stamp itself measures 4x6 inches. Each handmade print is unique and there are natural variations in how the ink looks on each piece. Inspired by the dunes of California this piece uses sharp contrast to lay out a sunrise scene on a solitary dune.
A handmade, original, linocut print of a woodland Fox in Burnt Sienna Caligo Ink. The fox is part of a series of woodland animals created by me. The print is hand printed using sienna vegetable oil-based Caligo Safe Wash Relief Ink on beautiful120gsm Strathmore printmaking paper. Each print is named, dated and signed in pencil by me. Every step in the process of making the linocut, from designing and drawing, to carving and printing, is done entirely by hand by me, and, as such, every print in the edition is absolutely unique and may vary ever so slightly from the illustration. This is not a flaw, but rather an inevitable outcome of the handmade process. All prints are dispatched within 3 working days in a board backed, protective cellophane sleeve, ready to frame or give as a gift. They are then carefully packed in a rigid mailer and dispatched via Royal Mail.
