Enhance your guided reading lesson plans! If you're using guided reading materials from Fountas and Pinnell's Literacy Footprints books for guided reading, your guided reading lesson plans can be more rigorous through written responses. Guided reading in fourth grade has never been so comprehensive! Teach your students how to respond to the text with written response questions! What's Included? There are 45 written response supplemental activities created to accompany each of the fiction and nonfiction texts in the fourth grade Literacy Footprints kit. These written response activities each include 3 short response questions modeled after state assessment questions, using similar language and vocabulary. There are also 2 vocabulary words to use in writing and 2 skills focuses (author's purpose, genre, nonfiction text features, etc.) ***You must own the Literacy Footprints kit to use this resource. This resource does not come with texts. This product is my original work intended to supplement the Literacy Footprints curriculum.
