This week, it was Litti Choka ♥️ which is an authentic Bihari dish which is my absolute favourite!!! Made by Roasting baingan (Aubergine) & tomatoes & adding boiled potatoes. To make it flavourful raw chopped onions, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander & green chillies are added.
