These sheep have a unique ability to regrow their entire coat each year. This makes wool a renewable resource. In addition, wool is a protein fiber, so it’s also completely biodegradable. Unlike synthetic yarns, it will naturally decompose over time when exposed to the elements, reducing its environmental impact. Just one more reason to love this art 🫶
