My version is: 2 lbs ground beef, cooked with cumin, onions, peppers (sweet & hot) olives, cran-raisins, two tablespoons of spicy mesquite bar-b-q sauce, minced garlic, green pepper corns and Adobo seasoning. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage, sprinkle with juice of half a lime, top with salsa, shredded cheese and add sliced roma tomatoes. Sooo yummy.
