Some of my favorites are rings, tape measures, a snack / 360 cup, jingle bells or rattles! ✨ Gently press your feet on top of theirs to stabilize the pelvis and encourage core activation ✨Add or remove resistance as your child gets more comfortable and BOOM!💥 - Repeat 3-5 times as tolerated. 🎥: @kinactive_kids
