Wichita River Festival, 1992. One of the oldest traditions of the River Festival is the antique bathtub races, held on the final Saturday of the Festival every year. This dragon floating down the Arkansas River is one of my favorite entries of all time. Yes, there's an old, cast-iron tub at the heart of that magnificent structure.
