Транспортное обеспечение объекта Инженерно-транспортное обслуживание комплекса, в том числе загрузка части торговых помещений осуществляется со стороны проектируемого проезда. Для въезда и выезда из подземной автостоянки запроектирована однопутная изолированная рампа. На территории организован проезд для пожарного автотранспорта. Загрузка жилых и арендных помещений запроектирована с верхнего уровня подземной парковки. Открытые стоянки для личного автотранспорта в границах участка не предусматриваются. Фасады В конструкции наружных стен применяется система вентилируемых фасадов , облицованных натуральным камнем. Окна дерево-алюминиевые окна и витражное остекление. Кровля В проекте предусмотрено устройство двух типов кровли: эксплуатируемой и неэксплуатируемой кровли. Эксплуатируемая кровля выполняется в местах размещения террас при выходящих на них квартирах. В местах, где невозможен выход на кровлю из квартир, выполняется неэксплуатируемая кровля. Благоустройство и озеленение территории Проектом предусматривается благоустройство территории участка строительства, а также благоустройство и озеленение примыкающей территории, находящейся за пределами участка строительства, но включенной в зону производства работ по организации рельефа. Проектом предусматривается освещение территории, размещение площадок для отдыха, устройство газонов, посадка деревьев и кустарников, а также размещение декоративных деревьев в кадках. Для мощения тротуаров и пешеходных переходов используется гранитная и бетонная брусчатка. В зоне проездов используется асфальтовое покрытие.

¡Un maravilloso ejemplo de astucia y creatividad! Saludos cordiales. No es una novedad, pero es un artificio genial que permite enfrentar gradas con rampas y ahorrar mucho espacio público de circulación sin generar los aislados y en desuso conectores inclinados. Si bien no presentan ayudas verticales como pasamanos, en general las rampas son para habilidosos conductores sobre ruedas. Se pueden hacer de varias maneras. Una es con rampa de ida y vuelta. Otra es con rampa de un solo tramo. Aquí un ejemplo. Primero se traza las rampas. Luego se unen los desniveles entre ellas con las gradas. Para hacerlo hay que "abrir" desde el descanso el trazado de ellas, de las rampas, en forma de "V". Es fantástico. La longitud de la rampa, depende de la pendiente permitida. En éste caso, se asimila el desnivel de forma suave. Existe un gran recorrido en horizontal para llegar al declive. Los tramos de gradas son los mismos. En éste caso, se cubre desniveles con mayor rapidez. El tramo inicial se toma como "A" (Mirar de abajo hacia arriba) El tramo siguiente es 1,5 del número de gradas de "A". Este es "B" "B" se repite según la necesidad. El último tramo "C" es 0,5 del número de gradas de "A" Atentamente Erick Bojorque
