Mimi Thorisson est une ravissante jeune femme qui vit avec toute sa grande famille recomposée et ses 14 chiens (!) dans une magnifique demeure tout récemment acquise dans le Médoc où elle réside depuis quelques années. En effet, après avoir vécu dans plusieurs grandes métropoles, notamment Hong-Kong et Paris (elle est d'origine franco-chinoise), elle a décidé, tout comme moi, de se mettre au vert. En découvrant son blog, je suis tombée amoureuse de son univers et des photos de son mari islandais, Oddur, photographe de métier, et ça se voit ! Le blog cuisine de Mimi Thorisson (en Anglais) s'intitule tout simplement : "MANGER" Et même si la plupart de ses recettes ne sont pas faites pour moi (Voir à ce sujet mon autre blog SANS GLUTEN SANS LACTOSE), je ne résiste pas à l'envie de partager avec vous certaines photos de ses appétissantes réalisations ainsi qu'une jolie vidéo de l'une d'entre elles.
