It will be much softer to work with after that Flour your surface well as this dough is sticky, knead for a 3 minutes and then cut into 4 Shape each 1/4 into a round and roll it out, add a heaped tsp of Nutella and pinch together as shown in the reel and GENTLY & SLOWLY roll out again.
