Mais le logement est en mauvais état, et il est nécessaire de l'adapter à la vie de famille. Les propriétaires font appel à Anne-Valérie Audibert, architecte d'intérieur et fondatrice de l'agence AXIOME Interior Design. Une belle rencontre qui mène à une transformation totale de l'appartement. Le rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre et gagne en luminosité. L'étage est l'espace qui nécessite le plus de restructuration, car il faut y créer une nouvelle chambre.
