I have a co-worker who likes to snoop. This year our company didn't hand out bonuses and he's been on vacation. He knew we weren't getting bonuses. So I left my "bonus" on my desk with a fake check sticking out. When he opens he'll find a check for 100,000,000 And a letter asking why

Wondering how to 'raise the stakes' for the characters in your story or script? Let's take a look at why stakes are important and how to write them!
When he was in high school, James Rallison (cartoonist of "The Odd 1s Out") wasn't partying or winning football games like his older brother. Instead, he posted online comics. It has been over six years since he uploaded his first comic strip, and we thought it's about time we presented you his work. Just like James' nickname, they're a little odd. But in a good way. Dealing with a wide variety of themes, including romance, parenting, and many many more, the funny comics often take unexpected plot twists and turns, constantly keeping the reader guessing where the next panel will take them. James still posts his dark humor webcomics, although less frequently than he used to due to most of his time being occupied by a YouTube channel. Let's hope he can strike a balance between the two mediums. Scroll down to check out his fun comics!

Poor Man Survival Self Reliance tools for independent minded people… www.poormansurvivor.net ISSN 2161-5543 A Digest of Urban Survival Resources May or May Not Work I ran across this in one the newsletters I receive and thought it was worth sharing… The US population is 330 million and in 5 months the number of deaths from Covid was 130,000 or as a percent of of the population-0.03939%, compared to the number of cancer cases in 2019 [1,762,450] with 607,000 deaths. A very well orchestrated plan, or an unimaginable set of events that just fell into place…with the United States front and center-you tell me?! Scare people with a virus, force them to wear masks and place them into quarantine. Count the number of dead every second od every day, in every newscast. By the way, 99% of those who get the virus recover. About 2/10 of one percent who get the virus die…most have underlying medical conditions. Close down businesses [mostly Dem governors]=35 million out of work-instantly! · Close parks, gyms, bars, sports, restaurants · No dating, touching, isolate & dehumanize them · Close down houses of worship · Create a vacuum and let depression, anxiety and hopelessness set in · Empty prisons and jails and fill streets with criminals · Ignite ‘racial’ hatred with Marxists groups which hate America · Send in Antifa and BLM to destroy property and businesses · Undermine law enforcement-allow looting but tell the government to ‘stand down’ making citizens fearful [oh, and restrict their access to guns] · Then defund police… For those who missed it, we’re being played by those who want to destroy America [one guess which party is behind this]?! Left-wing colleges birthed the antifa rabble rousers; producing aggressive, non-reasoning activists who destroy anyone who disagrees w/ their ignorant dogma. For those who don't know, an emergency ration bar is a food designed to keep you alive during some sort of survival scenario. Emergency ration bars have a very long shelf-life, but most importantly, they are calorically dense. Typically, one bar has several hundred calories, making them ideal for bug out bags or survival caches. There are a couple of downsides to ration bars, though. They usually don't taste very good, and they're not very nutritious. In fact, you could say they are downright unhealthy since the ingredients are mostly flour, sugar, and shortening. Yes, they will keep you alive, but you probably won't feel well. That's why I recommend making your own emergency ration bars at home. You can buy them on Amazon, but if you make them yourself, you can control the ingredients and ensure you're getting everything your body needs to stay healthy. Plus, you'll save some money... Collecting rainwater for drinking purposes may seem simple enough, but there are many ways it can go wrong – some of which can actually be quite dangerous. If you would like to start collecting rainwater in a way that is both safe and effective, make sure that you avoid these common rainwater collection mistakes. Mistake #1: Using the Wrong Container - While there are plenty of containers that are capable of holding water, not all of them are suitable for collecting and storing drinking water. Some containers may leach dangerous chemicals into your water, while others are not opaque enough to block out the sunlight - which could encourage algae growth. Dark-colored plastic barrels are ideal for collecting rainwater, but many other containers will work so long as they are large enough, opaque enough, and not coated with any chemicals that could leach into your water... 8 Mistakes To Avoid When Collecting Rainwater You may also like... 15 Ways To Purify Water In A Survival Scenario Useful Resources from our storefront-See new items! For the past few years, he’s been pranking and planting things like fake products, flyers, plaques, and self-help guides and instruction manuals everywhere from grocery, clothing, and book stores to zoos, IKEA, doctor’s offices and even telephone poles.
