20min · 1 serving Coliflor Oliva ❤️ I know there’s probably other names for this BUT this was the name my dad gave it and it is, if not the most, one of his most popular dishes. He says he learnt it from my grandmother but when he moved to Mexico he couldn’t find the right spices she used and somehow chipotle adobo was the closest thing. Tips: better to go over than under in the olive oil department & don’t worry if they look too brown, they will taste delicious. Also, don’t use whole florets, slice them thin. Add as much or as little adobo as you want! Also, fry it in 2 batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan. Ingredients: • 1 small cauliflower head. • Olive oil (as much as needed to fully coat the bottom of the pan, about 1/4 inch). • 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced). • 3 tbsp ch
