Homemade Panniers - Free download as PDF File (.pdf), Text File (.txt) or read online for free. Panniers can be designed to fit many bicycle racks and have a carrying capacity of as much as 60 liters. Each pannier is a single bag without separate compartments; no zippers are required for bag construction. The panniers form a single unit (i.e., are not separable) and attach to the rack by means of two locking wingnuts and rope ties.
