Lidia Trempe has been going in to work at Rudy's Strudel and Bakery in Parma for 35 years. She's only 37. In those early years, Trempe spent much of her time in the Eastern European bakery sleeping in her crib. Today she's the visionary who has brought new energy to 68-year-old Rudy's - and brought a new generation of Clevelanders through its doors for their famed pierogi, packzi and ethnic favorites.
