Things I learned during my practice run: 1. 6.5" x 4.33" is not enough space for a mug and as many cookies as I would want. 2. 6.5" x 4.33" makes it damn hard to properly join your binding edges together. 3. If all of my quilts were 6.5" x 4.33", hand stitched bindings wouldn't be such a pain in the rear. 4. I like straight-line quilting.
