Remember when New Horizons swept past Pluto in 2015? That was exciting! Who knew Pluto had a heart? Now scientists are proposing a new Pluto orbiter mission. It would gather details on Pluto's heart and the rest of its youthful surface, its hazy bluish nitrogen atmosphere, and its system of 5 known moons.
Lo siento, yo no pongo las reglas.
NASA has commissioned Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) to study the feasibility of sending an orbital mission to Pluto. Its goal is to send an unmanned spacecraft to make a two-year study to the dwarf planet.
This is how (no longer a planet) Pluto looks like in infrared

The other day I was watching some classic Looney Tunes Cartoons and 'Haredevil Hare' (1948) the first Marvin the Martian cartoon came on. While watching this cartoon it occurred to me that Marvin the Martian and his Dog K-9 might be parodies of Mickey Mouse and his dog Pluto. There are some minor similarities, the gloves and color schemes stick out the most (if you ignore the green). Most Looney Tunes characters do not wear the classic animation gloves. Their dogs are quite similar also, but that might have been how animators constructed cartoon dogs at the time. I searched the internet to see if anyone else had come to this conclusion at some point and did not find anything on the subject. So I thought I would share my thoughts.

NASA's New Horizons spacecraft captured this high-resolution enhanced color view of Pluto on July 14, 2015. The image combines blue, red and infrared images taken by the Ralph/Multispectral Visual Imaging Camera (MVIC). Pluto’s surface sports a remarkable range of subtle colors, enhanced in this view to a rainbow of pale blues, yellows, oranges, and deep reds. Many landforms have their own distinct colors, telling a complex geological and climatological story that scientists have only just begun to decode. The image resolves details and colors on scales as small as 0.8 miles Available in both square and horizontal formats. -FINE ART PRINTING- Each print is made to order and hand printed in Portland, Oregon. Transform your relationship into a harmonious and happy bond with the energy of Uranus trine Pluto synastry guiding your steps!
The clearest image of Pluto captured by the New Horizons probe. (To think that 20 years ago Pluto was just a Blurry Blob)
If there’s a chance that you might be affected by an ending or transition, consciously anticipating that it might happen might help.
Pluto and its atmosphere. This is a montage of the best New Horizons Pluto image and the recently released image of Pluto's atmosphere. This is a first attempt and the edges of Pluto are a little sharp so I'll try again... The interesting thing about this image is you're looking at both sides (day side and night side) of Pluto at the same time...
In astrology, the term retrograde gets a bad rap. "Mercury is in retrograde," is a catch-all phrase uttered anytime anything goes wrong: a mis-sent email, a traffic jam (remember those?), a paperclipping ex. But all retrogrades aren't bad — least of all Pluto retrograde, which starts April 25 and lasts for nearly half the year, ending on October 4.
