@AntBay If the manually placed edge loops need to wrap around the bottom of the shapes then the topology structure of the base mesh will need to be changed so it redirects the edge loop around all of the corners and down along the bottom edge.

Can you post a picture showing where the mesh is placed? side view etc. Post some obj's or fbx too if you like and I will take a look tomorrow :)
Not sure what you mean by bevel the inside? You don't need those edge loops to run all the way down the side either.
