Es realmente sencillo de hacer, solo necesitas melocotón en almíbar y tener a mano huevos y leche condensada, todo ingredientes sencillos de encontrar en la mayor parte de las casas. Lo mezclas, horneas y lo más complicado es esperar a que se enfríe antes de desmoldarlo. Respecto al caramelo puedes hacerlo de varias maneras, en el vídeo que tienes abajo lo hago en la sartén, si prefieres hacerlo en el microondas puedes verlo aquí. Por supuesto también está la opción del caramelo que viene ya envasado, pero para mi gusto, a menos que lo hayas hecho casero, lo veo un poco amargo de sabor ¡Lo dejo a tú elección! ¿Te animas a prepararlo?
