All fabrics are made from 100% cotton. Queen/King Horse Quilt 103" x 103" Packed Horse Head Border, Cream Floral front and back alternating with grass prints on front/Stippled. Thread color: cream Quilting Design: All over stipple/meander in cream thread. This quilt is made of 100% cotton fabrics, and has not yet been washed. 100% cotton will shrink some when washed, which is what gives your quilt that beautiful “quilted” feel. The batting inside your quilt is Warm & White or Warm & Natural Batting, which is a thin, dense batting also made in the USA. When you wash your quilt for the first time we recommend “Color Catchers” go in the washing machine with it. (Exception is with light colored/pastel fabrics, you should not need color catchers for those.) Some fabrics will have loose dyes and you do not want those dyes to bleed into your other fabrics. Color Catchers: We recommend 1-2 for baby quilts, 2-3 for laps, 3-4 for larger quilts. Use color catchers on first wash. Throw them in the washing machine with your laundry detergent and quilt, wash like normal. Discard the color catchers after wash. We recommend cold/cold or warm/cold wash cycle. Tumble Dry/Line Dry this is our own personal preference.
