Remember this old fella? Leo's pub was originally built by Redcar Council as a beach centre. It was also a restaurant and booked musical acts on the seafront. You forget just how awful this building was from the outside at the end. The Redcar and Cleveland Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) has used capital funds to buy the crumbling building for £500,000. It has since been demolished.
