It’s only when the conviction that you need to improve yourself disappears, that you’ll be able to love unconditionally. After the realization ‘I don’t have to be different than I am’ comes a deep calmness. With this realization, you’ll notice that the other also no longer has to be different. Indeed, simply because he or she exists and is there.Love is a state in which you can exist

Time to show yourself. When the world overwhelms you, you can respond with a withdrawing movement: you go in more and more, until you are locked up in yourself. Everything outside feels unsafe and hostile. The inner world no longer brings liberation, it has become a self-built prison. Sometimes you are more sensitive to information from outside or the energy of another. Without having to completely shut yourself off from the outside world, you can learn to filter influences more consciously. You can also convert the 'receive' mode to 'send'. In this way, a negative emotion or the energy of someone else does not come in so deeply and you can consciously radiate your desired state of being on your environment.
