Lavar bien las patatas y cortarlas con un cortador ondulado, si no lo tienes puedes usar un cortador normal, condimentarlas con pimienta negra, sal, pimentón dulce y perejil, mezclar bien.Coge las patatas y colócalas en una bandeja para horno, preferiblemente antiadherente. Organícelos uno encima del otro.Coloque en un horno precalentado a 200 grados y hornee durante 30 a 40 minutos.Este tiempo puede variar según la potencia de su horno.Corta la cebolla en trozos pequeños, luego corta los pimientos y los tomates también en cubos, reserva.Corta la pechuga de pollo en tiras y luego córtalas en cubos.En una sartén poner el aceite o el aceite de oliva, agregar la cebolla y remover hasta que esté dorada.
