Skipper is all dressed up and ready to celebrate Barbie's birthday ! She is wearing her very best dress and of course she carefully wrapped Barbie's gift very carefully. Skipper has various shades of titian along with various shades of blond hair which I hand blended, giving her the most gorgeous hair colored. I added a close up of her which shows off the color beautifully !
