画業35周年、今なお読者をヒロインにしてくれる、さいとうちほ先生の原画展を観に、池袋三省堂書店に行ってきました。 凄いね35年。ずっと同じ事を仕事として続けられるのは羨ましい限り。 『円舞曲は白いドレスで』にハマって以降、ほとんどの作品を読んでるし持ってます。心のベスト3は『花冠のマドンナ』、『円舞曲シリーズ』、『ファースト・ガール』かなぁ。現在連載中の『とりかえ・ばや』も勿論大好きで、さいとう先生の連載で13巻まで続くのはこれだけのような気がする。『アイス・フォレスト』は12巻までだったし。 それにしても何が凄いって、初期の頃から現在までほとんど絵が変わってない事。画力レベルは上がってるのに…
