OneYearCabin_Credits Journaling on 2nd page Reads: " For the weekend of our one year anniversary, we rented this cozy cabin in Estes. This was by far our favorite cabin we have ever stayed in! It was just decorated so nice and really felt like a place of our own. It’s very much how we hope to decorate our own cabin someday. We loved the wood stove that kept us warm and spent a lot of time relaxing, reading, and just being together. It really made for a special anniversary. Altough it was bitterly cold out, we did manage to enjoy the river sounds a tiny bit by cracking the window. We used a tree inside as our xmas tree & put our gifts under it. It was on this trip that Ian gave me the amazing DVD he made of our first year together. It meant so much to me!! Great trip." I haven't done a huge amount of scrapping over the past week or so, but I have managed to get a few pages done. I am still loving scrapping with christmas papers ATM, as you can see and I have been able to squeeze one more layout from my Savvy DT kit. With so many Christmas photos to scrap, I have been blog surfing for some double page inspiration to get me started. I didn't have too look far, I came across the fantastic sketch site Inspired Blueprints and their 2 double sketches for this month. I've got one finished and hope to get the other one done tonight. I can't share one of my pages yet, but I have also done my last Kraft It Up challenge sample. You will see it on the blog sometime Saturday. I guess this will probably be my last post for 2010, sounds weird! This year has just flown past so quickly, I hope 2011 will slow down a bit. I am looking forward to the New Year and whatever it brings. HAPPY NEW YEAR!! The big guy Our jolly boy
I don't know what it is but I love reality TV. I become so connected to the contestants and I believe in them. I love the idea of someone achieving their dreams even if it may be fake (I still believe that producers have nothing to do with these shows). I look forward to coming home from a long hard day at work and sitting in front of the tube to watch these shows. I really should spend my time better like reading a book, exercising, or cleaning the apartment but no.... it is spent watching these shows. Guilty? yes but I still love them.
