POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS No garments fit like a glove and you might need an alteration done on your end after receiving your order. 4. DRESS COLORS What to know about our wedding dress colors: Light ivory is very similar to off white, white color is more of "pure or blue white", champagne color mostly refers to light ivory lace with champagne or nude lining, custom colors are available upon custom order request (at additional cost and more production time) 5. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING It takes us about 3-6 weeks to complete the dress and additional 5 business days for delivery. Our business is located in Lancaster PA, which is where the order will be shipped from. 6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND SIZING EXCHANGE It is all about communication. For custom measurement orders, if you provide accurate measurements we should have no major issues with how a garment fits since the order will be made based on your measurements. For non-custom measurement orders we do offer a sizing exchange if needed (please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order) We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund.
