The Banisher Weapon Pack is a DLC for Mordhau (Triternion) for the Demon Horde mode. This pack consists of 12 medieval weapons, inspired by European mythos. In this post you can check out the 6 Angelical weapons from the DLC. We developed both the 2D concepts and 3D models internally, focused on keeping the designs grounded in usability while also providing an "otherworldly" flair to them. . As the name implies, in the Demon Horde mode you fight, well, demons, so we wanted to give our designs a little bit of storytelling involving this neverending battle against evil spawns. We explored and played with religious lore, turning these weapons into relics from a past war between Heaven and Hell. Now it's up to the players to give these weapons a new meaning or take the mantle of the champions who once wielded these relics. . Concept artist: https://www.artstation.com/elmetguillem
