This 18 and a half minute video contains ideas for using the Daisy Garden Stamp/Background set. For the Daisy Garden Full Background Stamp Set, I used a variety of colors and embellishments and a couple of techniques. The first card is in the new Fresh Freesia In Color with In Color Pale Papaya ribbon and flower centers on a Pool Party base. I waited to add a sentiment until I decide exactly for what I will use it. The green is Light Granny Apple, and the Echinachea (Purple Coneflower) were colored with Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. I cute around some of the flowers to create an edge that gives the card a lot of contrast too. What other color combinations would use for a card like this? For this Monochrome style card, I used Daffodil Delight for the card base and ink with BumbleBee gingham ribbon. I also went over the flowers with Wink of Stella glitter brush for sparkle and shine. This card is Fresh Freesia, Petal Pink and Soft Seafoam for a pleasing pastel color scheme with a lot less coloring than the first card. For even less coloring time, try the spotlight technique. I liked the soft edges, but for even more emphasis, you can layer the circle that is colored onto Basic Black or Polished Pink or both in larger size circles. I liked the softer look I used with just the colored circle layered onto a stamped layer. You can die cut several circles from one stamped image, color them and use them with other stamped image layers for several cards too. This card is for one of my downline's new downline. I love helping people save money on their purchases and enjoy a new hobby. If you would like to know more about becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, please email me. This is my favorite Daisy card!! I mean Fresh Freesia and Mossy Meadow! WOW, stamp in Versamark and Emboss with Clear embossing powder. An OLD Technique with beautiful results! Fresh Freesia card base. I used the water painter brush to add the Mossy Meadow ink to the leaves. Mossy Meadow marker direct to the stems. I then used the Blending Brushes with the Fresh Freesia ink for the Daisies. A simple sentiment is the only embellishment needed for this card. Give this Technique a try....you will love it! This large background stamp is so much fun to create with. You don't have to use the whole image which is easy to forget for any stamp but especially these large stamps. I stamped the daisies on a piece of Basic White with Memento ink and colored this in with watercolor pencils. I did add a bit of Wink of Stella to the center of the daisies. It's easy to forget that you don't have to color in images too! Here I stamped the center portion of the stamp with Gorgeous Grape ink. I layered the image with some Gorgeous Grape cardstock. The background was embossed with Pretty Flowers embossing folder. On these cards, you see the whole image but with a fun and easy technique. I stamped the image with VersaMark ink and then sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heat set it on both of the pink cardstocks. One pink is Polished Pink and the other is Melon Mambo. Use the Stamparatus for this so that the images are in the exact same spot on both pieces of cardstock. I then laid the large circle die on top of both pieces of cardstocks that were stacked together. I ran them through my die cutting machine all at the same time, cutting the circle from both pieces of cardstock. I then swapped the two circles around and adhered them to the other center with dimensionals. This is a super simple technique. If you can't get your circle to cut, run it through your die cutting machine more than once. Sometimes it just needs the extra run through to get it to cut. You can see the Facebook Live video HERE where I made these two cards. Here is the Melon Mambo with the Polished Pink circle. This one is the Polished Pink with the Melon Mambo circle. Which do you like better? I really like the Melon Mambo with the Polished Pink circle. I think it's more striking then the other way around. Tell me what you think! Happy Monday Peeps!!! Today's card share is made using the fun Daisy Garden stamp! This is a one stamp set of this beautiful bunch of daisies. I love it, I wanted to try and keep the daises looking white so I started by stamping the image with Gray Granite on Basic White. Let me say, your Stamparatus is so helpful with a large image stamp like this! I colored with my Blends using Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for the leaves and the centers are done with Daffodil Delight. Super simple but coloring those leaves took some time. I ran the entire image piece through my Stampin Cut and Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textile EF, for some added dimension. My sentiment is from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set an I added a few basic rhinestones for some added sparkle. I love how this turned out and I am sure I will be using it again very soon. My pre-order from the upcoming mini arrived late last week and I got to play a bit over the weekend. So far I am loving all my new goodies. Watch for some sneak peeks this week! Daisies have always been one of my favorite flowers. This Background Stamps can be the Focal Point of simply a Background......first a Focal Point. I used my Stamparatus to achieve this 2 color Beauty on a Calypso Coral card base!! I cut the White cardstock 5 1/4 X 4. With the Stamparatus you can color each color and stamp until you get the desired coverage. I see a few spots I could have re-stamped. But love this Botanical look. All you need is a Sentiment! This is a Red Rubber cling atamp and boy does it CLING to the Stamparatus! I colored the leaves with a Pear Pizzazz marker a few at a time and stamped. Re-color until all leaves are stamped. Them Calypso Coral for the Daisies, So easy and I could have added another color for the centers. The stamparatus is a great tool for your craft room! I am loving this Daisy Garden cling red rubber large stamp - so many pretty cards and ideas for it. This card from my Facebook live today uses Night of Navy Cardstock and ink and I just love the elegant look of the navy and white together. Watch for my Youtube video on Wednesday to show a variation on this card too. I love it so much I am going to have a card kit class for it - you can join from anywhere in Canada as it will be a kit with full length video instruction that you can watch anywhere at any time. This very pretty Daisy Garden class uses the large cling stamp and 2 packs of alcohol based Stampin' Blends ( I can change the colours if you already own these ones). The class is a 'to go kit' and has 2 options: Option 1 - The 'Everything kit' is $70 (including shipping within Canada). It includes the Daisy Garden cling stamp set, along with the Daffodil Delight and Soft Succulentcombo blends in light and dark (colours can be changed if you already own these 2). As my Thankyou for taking the class I will include all the supplies and envelopes for 6 cards - 2 each of those shown for FREE! All cutting and embossing is done. ....................................................................................................................................................................... Option 2 - The 'Just the Stamp set' kit is $45 (including shipping within Canada). It includes the Daisy Garden cling stamp set. As my Thankyou for taking the class I will include all the suppliesand envelopes for 3 cards - 1 each of those shown for FREE! All cutting and embossing is done. ....................................................................................................................................................................... Both options also include an exclusive video tutorial showing how to make each of the cards step by step; this means that you can create the cards in your own time, whenever you want. The only other things you need are adhesive, clear blocks for your stamps, sentiment stamps, and ink pads - I used Basic Grey and Memento Black. Payment is by PayPal - once I receive the shipment from Stampin' Up! I will prep and mail out the kits.

Here is a fun fold card using the 'Garden Daisy' stamp set! Check out all of the details in these daisies. This is a Dis'INK'tive stamp & it is so pretty! This is what it looks like when opened up! NOTICE how the center part is attached closer to the top of the card base than it is at the bottom. As you want to make sure that you have enough room to open up the card, so that the Oval words don't catch on the card front when opening it. These 2 cards are the same, BUT I stepped up left one. I colored the center of the flowers with a Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend & added a little Bumblebee Trinket. Both are so pretty! Which one do you like better? Daisy Garden is a large stamp set that fills the whole card front, making this beautiful card that was fun to color using Blender Pens!
Yesterday I debuted the newest addition to my Stampin’ Pretty Sketchbook! Sketch #24! It's a Dutch Door Fun Fold that is easy to create! The "thank you" card above showcases the Da
