When it comes to them...everything is super sensitive and serious. When it comes to you...it doesn't matter. They couldnt care less how something has affected you. They were raised that way.
How else do you distract from how much of a POS YOU really are? Smear that person's name and try to recruit people to do the same. And the weak ones, the flying monkeys, they will absolutely conform for the narcissist, no questions asked. That's why he laughs and calls them all suckers.
