The next time you need a sweet treat to impress, make this stunning strawberry cheesecake recipe. It's rich, creamy, and delightfully decadent.
Ingredients: - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs - ½ cup melted butter - 16 oz cream cheese, softened - ½ cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup whipped cream - 1 cup diced strawberries - 1 cup diced kiwi - ¼ cup strawberry jam - Fresh mint leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. 2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. 3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. 4. Layer diced strawberries and kiwi on top of the cream cheese mixture. 5. Gently heat strawberry jam and drizzle over the fruit layer. 6. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
