My inspiration for this painting series is centered around the idea of impermanence and change, and the reflection of humans in water serves as a metaphor for this concept. Water, like life, is constantly in motion and never stays the same. This series captures the transience of the human experience, highlighting the ephemeral nature of our emotions, thoughts and physical bodies. The human experience is a constant flow marked by moments of joy, pain and transformation.
