I no longer wanted to just survive with ADHD, I wanted to THRIVE! If I knew now what I knew in my 20s, I might not have wasted so much time.
Science has confirmed that the adult brain grows through the processes of neuroplasticity and neurogenesis. Here are ten ways to encourage them.

In most cases, the visual field loss respects the vertical midline. The most common causes of this damage include stroke, brain tumor, and trauma 2)행위상실증 apraxia 나머지 증상 설명 못함 주어진 과제를 제대로 이해하고 있으며 정상적인 운동기능을 소지하고 있음에도 불구 능숙한 움직임(예,자전거 타기)를 수행하지 못하는 상태 loss of the ability to execute or carry out learned purposeful movements,[2] despite having the desire and the physical ability to perform the movements. It is a disorder of motor planning, which may be acquired or developmental, but is not caused by incoordination, sensory loss, or failure to comprehend simple commands (which can be tested by asking the person to recognize the correct movement from a series). It is caused by damage to specific areas of the cerebrum. 3)무시 증후군 neglect syndrome =Hemispatial neglect 나머지 증상 설명 못함 damage to one hemisphere of the brain is sustained, a deficit in attention to and awareness of one side of space is observed. It is defined by the inability for a person to process and perceive stimuli on one side of the body or environment that is not due to a lack of sensation.[1] Hemispatial neglect is very commonly contralateral to the damaged hemisphere, but instances of ipsilesional neglect (on the same side as the lesion) have been reported. 4)게스트만 증후군 Gerstmann syndrome 특징적 증상 Gerstmann syndrome is characterized by four primary symptoms: Dysgraphia/agraphia: deficiency in the ability to write[2][3] Dyscalculia/acalculia: difficulty in learning or comprehending mathematics[2][3] Finger agnosia: inability to distinguish the fingers on the hand[2][3] Left-right disorientation[2][3] 원인 brain lesions in the dominant (usually left) hemisphere including the angular and supramarginal gyri near the temporal and parietal lobe junction. There is significant debate in the scientific literature as to whether Gerstmann Syndrome truly represents a unified, theoretically motivated syndrome. Thus its diagnostic utility has been questioned by neurologists and neuropsychologists alike. The angular gyrus is generally involved in translating visual patterns of letter and words into meaningful information, such as is done while reading.
