집나간 입맛 찾아줄 단풍콩잎김치 지난번 재래시장 갔을때 사온 단풍콩잎~ 이제 막 나오기 시작한 햇콩잎이라 반가운 마음에 얼른 집어왔답니당^^ 콩잎은 특성상 이물질이 종종 있어요, 양념 바르실때 확인해가며 발라주셔용~~ 요렇게 삭힌 콩잎 2묶음을 샀어요, 한 묶음이 제법 묵직하네용~ 냄비에 물을 끓여주시고요, 찬물에 한번 씻어준 콩잎을 팔팔 끓는 물에 넣어 5분 끓여줍니다. 제가 사온 콩잎은 햇콩잎이라 아직 부드러워서 5분 끓였는데, 진짜 낙엽같이 뻣뻣한 콩잎이라면 1,20분 끓여주세요~~ 콩잎은 건져 한시간 찬물에 담가두었어요. 그리곤 체에 받쳐 물기를 빼주시고 남은 물기는 손으로 꼭 짜주시믄 됩니당~~ 저 파란소쿠리,, 10년전인가?계란 한판 사고 받은거.ㅋ 분량의 양념재료들을 잘 섞어주세요~ 콩잎김치는 좀 짭짤해야 맛있어요, 그래서 저는 직접달인 진한 멸치액젓을 사용했는데요 시판 액젓을 사용하실경우 액젓과 육수의 양을 맛을 봐가며 맞춰주심 되용^^ 이제 2~3장씩 펼쳐서 양념장을 잘 펴발라줍니당. 펼치고.바르고. 펼치고.바르고 무한반복 ㅋ 요렇게 한통 나왔구요, 요건 사진촬영용~~^^ 남은 양념은 반찬통에 담으실때 위에 덮어주심 됩니다~ 밥도둑 완성!
