A girl is orphaned and sent to live with her long-lost relatives on her father's side once both of her parents are tragically killed in the World Trade Center terrorist attack. Getting used to life on the Wells residence is hard but once she meets and befriends a young ranch boy who lives on the other side of the fence, her relatives forbid the friendship telling her that they are worried about her wandering around outside of the fence seperating the two properties of land. The young girl disobeys her relatives and sneaks out to meet her friend. The two secretly meet and their friendship turns into more.
This is part of a series I started photographing women underwater.
