It has a thinner feel than vinyl. **Must use a Heat Press**** Pressing Instructions DTF - Heat press temperature should be set to Polyester and Polyester Blends 285-Cotton 300 F. Prior to heat pressing, hover the heat press over the transfer INK SIDE UP as close as you can without touching the transfer and allow the transfer to warm up for 30-60 seconds and this process will remove moisture from the transfer. This moisture in the ink builds up during the mailing process. After the transfer is warmed up, it is ready for step 2. Use Medium to heavy Pressure to press the moisture out of your shirt and then press the transfer on the shirt for 15 seconds, let cool completely and peel. If there are small elements in the design, let it cool completely before removing the transfer film. Use a cover sheet (Teflon or white butcher paper/copier paper) after you’ve peeled the transfer, press again for 5-10 seconds. -If printing small print or small text, press for 20 seconds using heavy pressure and let the transfer cool before peeling. If for any reason that the print begins to lift off the shirt, usually due to an inexpensive heat press Don’t freak out, STOP PEELING AND PRESS IT AGAIN. Most likely your heat press has uneven pressure and heat. Machine wash cold Tumble dry low Sublimation Transfers This transfer is to be used with your heat press for applying designs to your shirts, can coolers, or any sublimation blanks. A HEAT PRESS is a MUST to applying any Ready to Press Designs. (An iron will NOT work) • High Poly Tee (at least 65% Poly. 100% is best) or any Sublimation Blank to press the design on. • Your Heat Press should be set to 385 - 400 Degrees F • Medium Pressure • For 60 Seconds. • Pre-press your garment for 3-5 seconds to remove any moisture • Place a sheet of paper inside the garment, (copy paper is fine). Directly under where you are putting the design. • Place your sublimation print face down on the garment • Cover with white butcher paper. • Press • Remove Butcher paper and Transfer Print immediately after pressing **** Times, temperature, and pressure may vary slightly with different heat presses **** • Sizes are listed as general popular sizes most commonly ordered for tees. • All transfers are non-refundable. • No returns are accepted. • When you purchase this Ready to Press Transfer, you are agreeing that you are responsible of any outcome of your end product, and that you will be using the correct equipment needed.
