No dia seguinte, juntar as sementes na gordura e colocar para esquentar, por alguns minutos só até dar uma torradinha. Juntar o fubá de milho, misturar tudo e socar no pilão. Peneirar em peneira bem fina. O corante, quando usado, deve ser colocado na gordura antes de refogar o alimento. Dica: Repassei aqui a receita original, quando era feita em pilão. Mas é claro que pouca gente tem pilão hoje em dia. Pode moer ou bater no liquidificador e depois passe em uma peneira para tirar os carocinhos.
