The astonishing aspect of the world of art is that there is no such thing that should be considered astonishing by any standards but it still manages to make us feel that things are astonishing. That is why we are going to be talking about life like figurative sculptures that are astonishingly so real that we can literally make the expression of the sculpture you are looking at. In many instances, especially when it comes to classical art, sculptures lean more towards suggestive, symbolic and indicative rather than realistic. But in this article we are talking about figurative sculptures that are astonishingly lifelike. It not like these gleaming and glowing delicate glass sculptures but still mesmerizing nevertheless.
Lutz Wagner aka Moto Waganari creates transparent network-sculptures which outline a delicate body frame. By illuminating his sculptures the artists multiplies his three dimensional objects by a two dimensional shadow revealing the immaterial alter ego of every figure. His characters seem to visualize a surreal, parallel world filled with surprise and enigma. Adam Martinakism, Polish painter, was born in Lubań, Poland in 1972. Since 1982 lives and works in Athens, Greece. Studied in T.E.I. Of Athens, Faculty of Interior Architecture, Decorative Arts and Industrial Design. Since 2000 has been working on digital arts: digital image, 3d animation, graphics, web design, video and multimedia. Since 2006 is teaching digital graphics on Hellenic American Educational Foundation, Athens College.
