These stylish drawer units have been specifically designed to print in ‘vase mode’ (at 0.8mm line width) to allow for very fast printing and low filament usage, whilst maximising strength and stability. With their sophisticated appearance, these drawers are ideal to grace the desk of any office executive, student, or maker who appreciates a pleasing design aesthetic in addition to useful storage functionality. Each unit consists of a frame accommodating 4, 6 or 8 drawers, and a decorative trim piece has been included to add a touch of colour around the drawer fronts whilst also increasing overall strength and rigidity. Key features: Very fast to print using ‘vase mode’. Uses minimal filament. Strong and stable design. 3 frame types (4,6 or 8 drawers high) each with 3 depth options (90mm, 125mm or 160mm), allowing for 9 different versions in total to ensure suitability for a wide range of storage applications. This enables the pieces of one colour to be printed extremely fast and without a seam resulting in a very sleek looking set. When printing them in the right order, most printers can even print them sequentially in a 4x4 grid. This takes just two hours and because of the sequential printing there's no stringing and still no seam. Just switch the colour out and print the other side! To complement the modern and simplistic design of the pieces I also designed a layered transparent board with the black tiles sandwiched in between them (vector files are also incluided).
