Made of light blue cotton organdy with white cotton lace and sparkling blue rhinestone buttons, this shirtwaist dress is bit a fancier than a typical shirtwaist of its time. I believe it dates from around 1959-62; it has the union label used 1955-63. The organdy is crisp and slightly sheer. The bodice is lined with the same fabric, there is no other lining. The collar converts from open to buttoned right up to the neck with a loop and tiny mother-of-pearl button under the collar. The buttons go to the waist and there is a 6" overlapped slit below that. The 3/4-length sleeves have cuffs and the same beautiful blue rhinestone buttons. The skirt falls very full from gathers all around. The label is Bernard's, which was a fine Spokane dress shop. CONDITION: Very good, there are several flaws (shown in the final photos), but these don't stand out. In addition, there is no belt with the dress. SIZE: Small by my estimate, about a US size 4 based on the waist size. Bust-38" Waist-25.5" Hip-full Circumference at hem-106" Back of neck to waist-16" Waist to hem-23" Shoulder to shoulder-15" Please note: I measure the dimension of the item itself, and you will need to consider what size you would want the item to be to fit well on you. ❤️ 10% of all denisebrain sales go toward saving endangered manatees through the Save the Manatee Club—Thank you for helping me help this great cause! 🌲 In addition, a tree will be planted by onetreeplanted.org for each item sold from my shop. 🎀 More from me: www.etsy/shop/denisebrain

This is an incredibly unique vintage late 1960's formal dress. The label reads "Ann Bonofiglio, Kenosha Wisconsin". It is made of light-yellow sheer georgette with metallic silver brocade in a sari type pattern, with a solid yellow nylon taffeta lining. It features a V neckline (front and back), long sheer sleeves with snap cuffs, a metal side zipper, and a flowing, full maxi length sweep. The fit and flare cut is so feminine and flattering and the way the dress moves is magical! • No labeled size- No stretch, please use measurements for an accurate fit • Measures: 37" bust, 30" under bust seam, 29" waist, 53" hips, 56" long shoulder to hemline, 24" long sleeves. • Very Good condition, it has discoloration and foxing on the inner lining at the hemline, some shows through the sheer fabric, but not terribly noticeable (I believe dry cleaning would take care of this). There are also a couple of worn/thin spots in the silver along the hemline. It wears and present beautifully and is structurally strong. • Vintage clothing is not new and has been pre-owned, each item is carefully inspected for any issues, flaws are noted and pictured, but please understand these pieces have been worn before. Exquisite and incredibly rare, original matched set! This vintage 1960's "Claire Sandra By Lucie Ann Beverly Hills" Peignoir set is the stuff dreams are made of! It is a vision in layers upon layer of sheer fluffy Coral colored nylon chiffon! Coral is an intermediate between pink and orange, coral invokes freshness, femininity, and energy. The nightgown is made of a solid nylon jersey (amazing feel!) with a shirred, peek-a-boo keyhole neckline, deep plunge open V back with tiny bows, and a long, full flowing grand sweep. It has an inner waist tie that allows the front of the gown to appear fitted while the back creates a flowing waterfall train effect. The matching robe is almost indescribable! It has short sleeves, an inner side tie wrap waistline with ribbon belt and the attached matching long, fluffy pompom belt. It has a solid nylon jersey base with decadent layers of sheer nylon chiffon. The robe's sweep is incredibly full at 511" in circumference!!! It is as frilly and fluffy as it gets- Truly Breathtaking! It is the ultimate vintage lingerie collector's piece! Lucie Ann of Beverly Hills was the lingerie designer to the stars. She created the magical, luxurious nightgowns featured in the movies and on TV shows such as Bewitched, worn by Samantha Stevens (Elizabeth Montgomery) and the show Green Acres worn by Lisa Douglas (Eva Gabor)! Her designs were a must-have for such stars as Zsa-Zsa Gabor, Loretta Young and Elizabeth Taylor. This is truly a collector's piece in an incredibly rare size colorway! • Robe is labeled a size medium, the gown is labeled a size 36- Please use measurements for an accurate fit • Robe Measures with minimum overlap: up to 48" bust, 56" waist, 85" hips, 56" long shoulder to hemline, 150" circumference nylon sweep, 511" circumference chiffon sweep. • Gown Measures: 36" - 46" bust, up to 53" waist (adjustable to pull in tight with inner tie), 79" hips, 56" long shoulder to hemline, 165" circumference sweep. • Excellent condition, minimal wear, all labels intact, I believe the gown's inner waist tie was modified to allow for it to adjust looser or tighter, rather than a fixed waist. Short white kid gloves (pair number 2!) are a bit shorter than the multicolor embroidered pair in my shop. Dark pink "roses" embroidered on the fronts. Gusseted fingers. Short vents in back, no buttons. Buttoning gloves like this can be a pain so that's a good thing! They have all kinds of numbers on the inside (shown) but no brand name. 8" from wrist to middle finger. No flaws. Size 6 1/2 This item is sold from an excellent, highly rated vintage boutique in Northfield, OH.

This outfit has no label, and because it shows some beautiful hand-sewn finishing and is made of silk brocade, I believe it may have been custom made in Asia. I estimate it dates from the early to mid-1960s. The dress is a sheath in cut. It has a self-fabric bound neckline that is squared in front, rounded in back. There is piping at the waist and a side covered metal zipper. The short sleeves have raglan shoulder seams. The jacket has that Jackie Kennedy-style boxy, cropped silhouette, with short sleeves (slightly longer than the dress's short sleeves) and a no-fasten front. Both pieces are lined in lightweight rayon. The brocade is patterned with chrysanthemums. The color is light cream toward off-white and the flowers are very pale golden. CONDITION: Dry cleaned by my eco-friendly (non-perc) dry cleaner, the outfit is in very good condition. The cleaning dissipated what was more noticeable underarm yellowing in the dress. I show what both look like now in the last two photos, and as you can tell, the stains are only vaguely visible. In the 3rd from last photo, you can see that the hem was raised, which shows only from the inside. SIZE: Small. I believe the dress was custom made and doesn't quite conform to a standard size, but it will probably work best for about a US size 4. Dress: Bust-35.5" Waist-25.75" Hip-39.5" Top of shoulder to waist-14.5" Waist to hem-22.75" (raised by 1 1/8"; it probably can't be lowered without showing) Jacket: Side seam to side seam measured across the back at bust level-19" Back of neck to hem-15" Shoulder to shoulder-14.75" Please note: I measure the dimension of the item itself, and you will need to consider what size you would want the item to be to fit well on you.
Gorgeous 1960s dress in a deep pink. It is lined with silk taffeta with an overlay of silk crinkle chiffon. There is a satin band at the waist with a lovely fabric rose on the left side. The shoulders have pleats in the front. There is an elegant V back with a metal zipper for closure. A flowing pleated skirt swishes against the tafetta lining. Excellent condition but there has been an alteration - The shoulders have been brought up about an inch. The lenght between the shoulder and top of waistband is now 15.5". This sweet cream-colored coat dates from the first half of the 1960s. It is made of lighter weight wool bouclé. The label shows the fabric was made by Einiger. Lining the coat is cream acetate satin. There are four rows of beautiful buttons in pairs, made of gold-tone metal with cream enamel. The buttonholes are tailored. There are double-welt pockets. The coat has a straight cut and cropped (glove magnet!) sleeves. CONDITION: Very good—not much to mention. I show the flaws in the final photos, with descriptions on each. SIZE: I estimate that the size of the coat should work best for a size large (US size 12 or so).
