Bonjour tout le monde, Aujourd’hui je vais vous présenter une recette toute simple, que je fais assez souvent lorsque je suis pressée. C’est une poêlée de boulgour d’orge aux légumes. Je compte 100 g de boulgour par personne. Un oignon De l’ail Un poivron Légumes à choix, le tout coupés en petits dés. On peut aussi ajouter à choix des dés de jambon, de poulet, des crevettes, etc, c’est une recette fourzitout. Moi je fais simplement revenir le boulgour à la poêle avec un peu d’HO j’ajoute les légumes je fais encore revenir un peu puis j’ajoute du bouillon et je laisse mijoter jusqu’à ce que toute l’eau soit absorbée. Si le boulgour et les légumes ne sont pas cuits, ajouter un peu d’eau et continuer la cuisson. En fin de cuisson, ajouter éventuellement les dés de jambon ou de poulet ou les crevettes, et on peut décorer avec un peu de persil pour la présentation. C’est une recette pratique et vite préparée et c’est très bon. On peut aussi facilement l’emporter pour manger chaud ou froid sur sa place de travail. Moi j'ai servi avec une belle salade de mâche et de carottes. Et si vous n’avez pas de boulgour d’orge, le boulgour de blé complet est GP. Il faut juste utiliser des ingrédients GP.
