Sou grato ao Vuillard. Olhando o trabalho o dele me tornei mais consciente de fundamentos básicos que formam uma imagem. A beleza das soluções dele passam, para mim, pelo poder de síntese. Suas figuras e cenários são reduzidos a silhuetas, frequentemente delineadas em tons e padrões delicados. O pulo do gato nesse caso, é o que não descrever. É incrível como a minha mente cria os detalhes que não estão lá. As sugestões de Vuillard convidam o expectador a explorar as suas texturas e marcas orgânicas. O Design é tratado como aspecto essencial da imagem. Não preciso explicar o quando se pode aprender aplicando o mesmo pensamento nas nossas próprias criações. A Primeira imagem desse post me fascina. O rosto vazio, o peso perfeito da figura. Vuillard usa o contraste entre o delicado e o cru como ferramenta de composição. Seu conceito é claro em cada imagem, concisas, simples, mas muito longe de serem banais. Porque não tinha ouvido falar dele até hoje, eu não sei. É isso na pesquisa atrasada de hoje. Vou descansar inspirado... acho que vou levar o caderno para a cama.
