Als u uw muur echter al met latexverf heeft geverfd, kunt u deze garneren met schuurpapier; hierdoor blijft het behang aan de muur plakken. Er is ook een mogelijkheid om het behang op traditioneel papiermateriaal te bestellen; het is niet zelfklevend en ook niet verwijderbaar.
