This was Cleveland School, located at Palmer and Wildwood in Nankin Township. This wood frame building was purchased from the federal government after World War II. It had served as the infirmary at Willow Run. The building was moved to Nankin Township on November 10, 1949 at a total cost of $40.000, which included the renovation. The building was destroyed by an arson fire in 1976. At that time it was being used as a warehouse for Wayne-Westland Community Schools.
