Wynn Bullock (1902-1975, Chicago) es uno de los grandes nombres de la fotografía norteamericana perteneciente a la escuela de California. Su trabajo está influenciado por Edward Weston y Alfred Stieglitz. En el año 1955 participó en una de las exposiciones que más influencia han tenido en la historia de la fotografía. The Family of Man fue organizada por Edward Steichen y se expuso por primera vez en el MOMA de NY. Wynn Bullock participó con dos de sus obras más representativas, Child in Forest y Let There be Light. Bullock es uno de los fotógrafos de esa época de mayor evolución, en el sentido de búsquedas de nuevas estéticas y narrativas.
