Avui us fem una proposta que tastàrem, entre d'altres, el passat dia 23 quan vàrem ser convidats al Fòrum Gastronòmic 2014 per part d'Oleum Flumen que ha creat un grup de bloguers per a compartir experiències al voltant de l'oli d'oliva. Allí hi viuríem la primera: un tast d'olis amb vins, gelats i pans. Tots els productes d'una gran qualitat. Els olis d'Oleum Flumen de Vinaixa, els gelats artesans de Maximum de Barberà del Vallès, el pa de Bon Blat de Manlleu i els vins de Vega Aixalà de Vilanova de Prades de la DO Conca de Barberà. Una representació d'alt nivell del nostre territori i que varen fer emocionar-nos al voltant de la taula. Les creacions venien de part del xef Manuel Tenllado de la Bodega Monumental, que si la voluntat era d'impressionar-nos, ho va aconseguir: calçots cuits amanits amb un vinagre molt especial Paula Coll PX Acetum Collection, gelat de vinagre amb escopinya i pebre roig, fetge d'ànec amb oli d'oliva i unes quantes exquisideses més. I tot molt ben presentat i explicat pel mestre Martí Terès. Moltes gràcies a tots per haver-nos donat l'oportunitat de viure infinitat de sensacions i a Ruth Troyano que ens ho posa tot molt fàcil. Qui no coneix el pa amb oli, xocolata i sal? Recordeu quan en berenàvem? Voleu tornar a ser originals? Preparem unes postres, un berenar o un plaer per a qualsevol moment amb els petits. Ingrediente: 200 gr lapte praf integral 20 gr carob 70 ml apa 2 curmale Medjool 40 g unt animal 50 gr unt de arahide crocant (Papamigdal) deasupra: nuci si zmeura infuzata in suc de mar (Pravalia Noastra). Voi puteti pune ce doriti, cu specificatia ca, la piticii sub 3 anisori, nucile se rasnesc. Cum am procedat: intr-o craticioara am pus apa impreuna cu cele doua curmale Medjool. Am dat amestecul in clocot 2’, apoi am luat craticioara de pe foc si am mixat cele doua ingrediente, cu mixerul.
