Imagine roaming a dungeon and suddenly a suspicious loot box appears. Personal project sparked from the idea of a lootbox opening sequence gone wrong. Models, VFX and eye animation created by me inside Unreal Engine. Main animation of the chest by Josh Mucca.

These are treasure chest models I created for the videogame "The Dark Heart of Balor" while working at Game Artists, LLC. Modeled in Maya, sculpted in zBrush, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in Marmoset. The 2D concept art for this model was done by Sam Olson.
