一足早く山形の実家へ帰省し、きのう千葉に戻ってきました。あっという間の6日間。もう少し満喫したかったあ！ 山形県は海側の庄内地方と内側の内陸地方のふたつに大きく分けられるのですが、山を隔てて言葉も文化も気候も人の気質もちがうといわれています。 私は庄内出身ですが、内陸の方言はイントネーションも語尾も言葉自体もかなりちがいますし、むしろ庄内弁は秋田の言葉と近いんじゃないかと思うくらいです。 県内でもこんなにちがうんだから、東北弁という言葉で東北全体の言葉をひとくくりにしちゃうのはかなり違和感を感じちゃうんですよね。こういうことは、日本の他の地方の人も多かれ少なかれ感じることなんじゃないかなあ・・…
