愛知県小牧市は8月26日、新たに建設予定の市立図書館の設計にアドバイスをする事業者として、カフェ併設図書館などを提案していたカルチュア・コンビニエンス・クラブ株式会社（CCC）と株式会社図書館流通センター（TRC）の協同事業体を決定した。
一級建築士の試験は1次の学科試験と、1次を突破した人が受けることができる2次の設計製図試験に分かれています。
